A few weeks ago, before one of my dear friends left town, I let the boys take over the kitchen. Here is a peek of the madness that ensued….
We all wanted some fresh and sweet seafood, and the guys were able to put a great spin on a lobster dinner.
The wonderfully cooked shari {sushi rice} with it’s slight hint of tartness, was a great canvas for the firm and tender meat, crunchy nori, and just-fried shrimp tempura.
Cut green vegetables, fresh homemade mayo, wasabi, and a bit of sriracha were the perfect accompaniments for this dinner.
